Installation

An installation without surprises.

A pack delivered assembled, cables supplied, a setup guide for each inverter.

  1. 01

    Check the inverter

    Send us the model: we’ll tell you how the battery connects to it and what needs setting.

  2. 02

    Install the pack

    Delivered assembled and tested, it fixes to the floor or the wall. No modules to build on site.

  3. 03

    Connect

    Power and communication cables supplied, labelled and cut to the right length.

  4. 04

    Commission

    The battery registers with the inverter; the setup guide covers the final settings.

Warranty

10 years

Warranty on every battery

Ten years or 45,000 kWh delivered, whichever comes first.

  • Parts and labour

    Cells, BMS, chassis: a faulty component is replaced at our expense.

  • Guaranteed capacity

    The battery keeps a minimum capacity throughout the warranty. The threshold is set out in the terms.

  • Transferable

    The warranty follows the battery: it passes to the new owner if the home is sold.

  • A file for your insurer

    Certificates and statements supplied for your ten-year liability insurance.

Connected battery

The battery reports its condition remotely: any drift is spotted before your customer notices it.

Heating mat

Below 7 °C, the BMS limits charging; below 0 °C, it stops it. In an unheated garage or outbuilding, the heating mat keeps the pack at temperature: the battery keeps charging through the winter.

  • Diagnosis first

    Every battery is connected: call us first. The BMS’s time-stamped log tells us what happened, remotely, before anyone travels.

  • Standard exchange

    If the pack has to come back to the workshop, a replacement pack ships without waiting for the repair.

  • On-site visit

    If remote diagnosis doesn’t solve it, a Revaw technician comes out to the site.
