Data collected

We only collect the data you choose to send us:

• Contact form: name, email, phone number, subject and content of the message.
• Quote request: name, email, phone number, postcode, information about your home and installation (floor area, solar panels, consumption).
• Savings simulator: consumption and equipment data entered, not linked to your identity unless you request a quote.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed (hosting server logs).

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your contact and quote requests: taking steps prior to entering into a contract.
• Reviewing partnership proposals: legitimate interest.
• Ensuring the operation, security and audience measurement of the website: legitimate interest.
• Sending you commercial information: consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Meeting our legal obligations (accounting, warranties): legal obligation.

Recipients

Your data is intended for the REVAW staff authorised to handle your request. It may be passed to our technical processors (hosting, email delivery, sales management tool) and, with your consent, to a partner installer to prepare a quote or carry out an installation.

Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It is hosted in the European Union, and all our processors are also located in the European Union.

Retention periods

• Contact and quote requests not followed up: 3 years from the last exchange.
• Customers: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then 5 years (limitation period), and 10 years for accounting records.
• Connection logs: 12 months.
• Audience measurement cookies: 13 months maximum.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to set instructions for what happens to it after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@revaw.fr or by post to 69 impasse du Colombier, 01290 Grièges, France, with proof of identity. We will reply within one month.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

The website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, which are exempt from consent. No audience measurement or marketing tool is used at present.
